I went for stormy and rain sounds because for some people they can be calming, but If you would like something a bit different let me know and I can try and create something different. There are so many ways to create your own landscapes in Flowscape you can add trees, flowers, and animals, change up the backgrounds and lighting, and add fog and nature sounds. #notsponsored lol I just wanted to tell you a bit about what I used to create the scenery featured in this video. This one is a blog exclusive so you can only access it here on my blog ( you can find it here, or via the corresponding blog post I published.)įlowscape is an amazing app or game available via steam where you can create whole scenes, you can randomize a landscape, and then add your own elements or take away what is already there and start from scratch. I also have a version of this video that has just the atmospheric sounds (no music) in case you want a version without any music to play in the background or alongside your own soundtrack. I’ve had to repeat some of the music because I couldn’t fit all the credits information in the Youtube description box, so about an hour or so in it will repeat but it’s Lofi music so I’m sure you won’t notice and will just be feeling those relaxing vibes. I use a program called Flowscape to create the background visuals (which I think looks amazing) and added a timer and music to enhance the experience. This one includes 4 x 25-minute sessions with 3 x 5-minute breaks in between. I was inspired by the many videos like this one on YouTube, I find them helpful myself so I thought that I would have a go at making one. With everyone back at work and school after the holidays, I thought this Pomodoro Timer might be helpful.
